The symposium is intended to provide an international forum for the exchange of information on the progress of research and development in antennas, propagation, electromagnetic theory and related fields. WELCOME TO MALAYSIA This Symposium, the 28th ISAP, will be held in Berjaya Times Square Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. ISAP2023 is organized by IEEE Malaysia Antenna and Propagation Microwave Theory and Technology and Electromagnetic Compatibility (IEEE APMTTEMC) joint chapter and supported by Malaysia Convention and Exhibition Bureu (MyCeb), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UNIMAP). Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) and Electromagnetic Center (EMC) Universiti Tun Hussein ONN Malaysia. The ISAP series held in Asia-Pacific region are absolutely one of major international conferences in the fields of Antennas and Propagation in the world. The main objective of ISAP2023 is to provide an international forum for the exchange of information on the progress of research and development in antennas, propagation, electromagnetic wave theory, and related fields. It is also an important objective of this meeting to promote mutual interaction among participants. The technical program consists of four keynote speakers, plenary, special session and contributed papers. In particular, we invite you to attend the presentations in the Tutorial/ Workshops, the Opening Ceremony, Banquet and Award Ceremony, the Organized Sessions, the Regular Sessions and the Poster Sessions.
